Training and Growing in Safety

The constant training of employees in safety and best workplace practices is an essential ingredient to the company’s success. The company utilizes mobile training centers equipped with an indoor theater and multiple training props to simulate onsite activities of our field employees. Still, the principal tool for employee training has been and will remain on-the-job supervised training. Also, on a quarterly basis, the company brings all its field managers together to analyze past results, review problem areas and discuss new training techniques, industry developments and more.
